The development and quality monitoring of spring-loaded, highly stressed vehicle components, such as stabilizers, require operationally relevant vibration tests. The key quality attributes to be tested in stabilizers are fatigue strength under realistic load and environmental conditions.

Based on these requirements, IABG offers a resonance test machine for vibration testing of spring components under normal laboratory conditions, enabling time and cost-efficient determination of the fatigue strength of stabilizers.

Our testing machines are recognized by all premium car manufacturers and conform to the specifications of the Working Group on Stabilizers and Springs.

    • Testing under simulation of deflection kinematics in the complete axle assembly
    • Testing with original stabilizer bearings in the installed position
    • Vibration resistance test under fixed or variable amplitudes
    • Statistical validation (targeted testing, sufficient number of test specimens)
