  • Operational vibration tests for reliable test results

    For meaningful test results, the load and environmental conditions from the subsequent application must be reproduced as realistically as possible in the test environment. Our test benches naturally enable

    • Vibration resistance tests with fixed and variable amplitudes,
    • tests in a laboratory atmosphere or under corrosive environmental conditions and
    • tests with original bearings or spring supports in the installed position.

    Many of our systems also enable simulation of real kinematics and combined tests with temperature or climate simulation.

    Furthermore, our test benches can be expanded with modular solutions for automated media application, e.g. for the safe application of abrasive media to the spring support or sludge to rod ends.

    We offer tried and tested stone chip simulators for pre-damage caused by stone chips.

  • High reliability and long service life

    Our testing machines are very reliable and durable - even when permanently exposed to salt water. Success factors of the mechanical designs are in particular the selection of materials and proven components. We achieve complete mass balancing in all resonance testing machines, so that our systems are free from external forces.

    Due to the durable mechanical design, the obsolescence of the electrical components and software is at least as important for the high availability and service life of our systems. This is another reason why we fundamentally revised and reorganized the hardware and software for our component-specific testing systems in 2021. The result is a modular and expandable standard architecture that uses only state-of-the-art standard industrial systems. The software for the new generation of controllers was developed entirely in-house based on our extensive experience. This puts us in a position to support you with individual adaptations (e.g. subsequent integration of the testing machine into a database system) during operation of the system.

  • Low operating costs thanks to high energy efficiency

    In Germany, you pay on average almost five times as much for industrial electricity today as you did 20 years ago. Even if the global differences are large and the further development of electricity prices depends on many factors and is therefore difficult to predict, energy costs will most likely continue to rise in the foreseeable future.

    Particularly for test systems that run around the clock for many years, energy costs are already a significant factor in operating costs and crucial to your business case.

    Our endurance test benches are therefore based on particularly energy-efficient drive concepts. In steady state, our resonance test benches only need to replenish the energy that is dissipated in the test specimen and the machine during the test. With the recuperating electrohydraulic strength test rigs, there are no throttle losses in the servo valve. In addition, the potential energy stored in the test specimen during loading is recovered during unloading, temporarily stored and used for loading the test specimen in the next oscillation cycle.

    For you, this means lower operating costs by a factor of 10 to 50.
