IABG's Space Center has its own modern design office and workshop, handling tasks from designing complex test adapters and thermal systems to small adjustments to MGSE during test campaigns.

Developing test-relevant MGSE requires detailed knowledge of its use in the Assembly-Integration-Test phase and familiarity with the test facilities and methods used. Operating both the German National Space Center in Ottobrunn and the ESA Test Center in Noordwijk, IABG offers two key advantages:

• Test-specific requirements for the MGSE can be taken into account first-hand during the design phase
• Test adapters can be qualified on the same test facilities on which the actual test will later be carried out

IABG's spectrum ranges from design, construction, calculation and production to the qualification of test-relevant MGSE:
