As a high-tech service provider in sensitive business areas, we are aware of our social responsibility and are specifically involved in numerous projects and associations:
IABG is firmly committed to upholding values, regulations, standards and behaviors that reflect our responsibility towards employees, business partners, society, and the environment.
Alongside continuity and economic growth, we recognize our responsibility for the economic, social and ecological impact of our actions.
The principles outlined in our IABG Code of Conduct and IABG Supplier Commitment represent binding guidelines for both our employees and business partners.
Our goal is to minimize risks to human rights and the environment wherever possible and to prevent harm to people and the environment. We are believe, that long-term commercial success is only achievable if the impacts of our business activities, as well as those of our suppliers and subcontractors, are in alignment with well-being of people and the environment. These efforts can be found in our annual sustainability report.
Our commitment to responsibility is further demonstrated by our adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001 standards.
There are times when it may not be possible or appropriate to report violations of laws, policies or the IABG Code of Conduct through personal channels.
To address this, IABG offers both employees and external parties a secure communication channel for reporting known or suspected violations or concerns, whether they occur within IABG or across our supply chain. The IABG whistleblower system is managed by an external provider, LegalTegrity GmbH, and is accessible 24/7, 365 days a year. Reports can be submitted online or via telephone in various languages.
To protect your privacy, IABG does not have access to your IP address through the whistleblower system. All reports are treated with the utmost confidentiality and, if preferred, can be submitted anonymously. Every concern is taken seriously and thoroughly investigated. Designed IABG confidential advisors, who are explicitly bound by confidentiality agreements, receive the reports via the IABG reporting office of LegalTegrity and coordinate further action, including, if necessary, the implementation of remedial or preventive measures, and provide feedback to the whistleblower via the LegalTegrity system—always maintaining strict confidentiality.
Whistleblowers are assured that they will not face any reprisals, discrimination, or other negative consequences for their reports. In return, we expect that only well-founded concerns with reasonable suspicion will be reported. We trust that the whistleblowers will use the IABG whistleblower system responsibly, sharing only information that they believe to be accurate to the best of their knowledge and belief. Deliberately false reports may result in legal or disciplinary actions.
