At our Competence Center for Protection, Impact and High Risk Testing near Paderborn, IABG focuses on the safety of products under the highest loads. We start where others stop - not just in terms of system sizes and energy content but also by testing beyond the conventional stress limits!

We conduct burst, drop, explosion and fire tests for you

according to current international standards as well as customer-specific requirements

From burst tests on hydraulic cylinders or MRI units to explosion tests on inverter housings and drop tests with masses of up to 65 tons, we provide comprehensive support throughout the entire development process. Together, we develop the appropriate test setup for your specific application. We are also happy to create custom setups and test benches for you.

Our portfolio is rounded off by extensive pre- and post-test activities as well as diagnostics during the tests. In addition to high-speed diagnostics, we offer comprehensive instrumentation with temperature, pressure sensors or strain gauges.
