Start Your Journey: From School Internship to Vocational Training

Your Technical Pre-Internship – Key Details at a Glance:

  • Duration

    The duration of the pre-internship varies depending on the requirements of your university or college. We are flexible and can tailor the internship length to meet your institution's specific guidelines.

  • Fields of Study

    We welcome students from almost all disciplines, especially those from the sciences, such as engineering (including electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing/automation technology), computer science, physics and economics.

  • Requirements

    You should have already completed the 12th or 13th grade or be close to graduation. Additionally, you should demonstrate good academic performance, the ability to work independently and with discipline, commitment, creativity, technical understanding, and, of course, team spirit.

  • Compensation

    The remuneration depends on the type of internship. Our contact person will provide you with up-to-date information on compensation as part of the application process.

  • Application Deadlines

    You should apply approximately three months before your desired internship start date. Please note that we have a limited number of pre-internship spots available.

Your Training Opportunities

Your Training – Key Details at a Glance:

  • Duration of Training

    The vocational training typically lasts three years, but a shortened duration is possible under certain conditions.

  • Location

    The vocational training takes place at our Ottobrunn site near Munich.

  • Working Hours

    The working hours are 40 hours per week.

  • Requirements

    The requirements vary depending on the training program. In general, you should have good academic performance, the ability to work independently and with discipline, commitment, technical understanding and, of course, team spirit.

  • Application Deadlines

    You should apply approximately twelve months before your desired start date. For late applications, we cannot guarantee that your application will still be considered.

  • Required Documents

    Please send us a cover letter outlining your interests and motivation, along with your resume and certificates.

  • Application Process

    1. Fill out the input form in our online portal and upload your application documents.
    2. Your documents will be reviewed by our HR department and forwarded to the relevant department.
    3. If your application passes the initial review, we would like to get to know you in an interview.
    4. After the interviews, you will receive prompt feedback on whether your application was successful.
  • Chances of Permanent Employment

    The likelihood of being offered a permanent position after completing your training is generally very high. During the selection process, we assess each candidate’s potential for continued employment with our company. If this potential is confirmed, our goal is to offer you a permanent role.
