The Cyber and Information Domain (CID) comprises three interconnected dimensions: cyberspace, the electromagnetic environment and the information environment. Within this holistic framework, we address the requirements of the CID as a socio-technical system from a single source. This enables our clients to systematically detect threats, assess their impact comprehensively within the operational context, establish effective defence capabilities, and implement appropriate countermeasures.
Societies, organisations, industries, armed forces and individuals alike use cyberspace as a virtual domain encompassing all interconnected IT, communications and operational technology systems via the global and publicly accessible connectivity and transport infrastructure: the Internet. Cyberspace also includes systems isolated from public networks and the Internet. Non-kinetic threats manifest their effects in cyberspace and/or the electromagnetic environment. These threats impact the connected world – along with its individual needs, critical dependencies and technological vulnerabilities.
Systematic impact analysis, the derivation of actionable measures and the dynamic adaptation of defence strategies are essential to enhancing cyber resilience in a targeted and sustainable way.
Drawing on our extensive experience in the secure use of information technologies, we support our clients with independent, vendor-neutral and highly qualified expertise.
