We take care of the technical project management

You benefit from our comprehensive technical project management and technical project control. We ensure smooth project execution, efficient processes and the successful implementation of your project through to the finished product. We ensure that you meet your deadline, quality and cost targets and coordinate your suppliers and contractors in all project phases. We also define and track the necessary project-related approval and documentation processes and manage your internal workflows on request.

We identify the applicablestandards such as DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025, EN 9100, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and take these into account throughout the entire development process.

Consulting and studies

Good requirements management is a fundamental part of the planning process and is crucial to the success of your project. We work with you to identify your specific requirements.

We advise you on the selection of technologies and provide you with a sound decision-making basis for the subsequent planning phase.

We support you with the preparation of technical and economic feasibility studies and technical concept studies. We also carry out expert opinions and market research. We carry out rough scheduling for your project, create a rough concept, carry out a cost estimate and create your project manual.

Specialist planning

Based on the concepts and studies created, we draw up a technically sound plan and specify the requirements for the structural infrastructure and other interfaces of your test facilities or test laboratory.

We complete the planning phase with the creation of CAD detailed plans, specifications, risk assessments, cost calculations and implementation plans and create the basis for transparent technical and economic procurement and realization of your project.

Procurement management

We help you select a suitable supplier. Our services in the context of contract award management include comprehensive technical tender and contract award support. We are available to answer technical and organizational questions from bidders and the client, conduct bidder interviews and bid evaluations and compare these with the requested services. At the end of the award phase, you will receive a technical and commercial award recommendation for the selection of a suitable supplier for your construction project.

The order review concludes the award management and enables a smooth transition to the final implementation phase.

Realization

Once the suppliers have been commissioned, we support you with technical construction and project supervision. This includes the technical supervision of your supplier in the context of the preparation of his work and assembly planning as well as the coordination with you as the client, the other suppliers and trades. At the end of the realization phase, we carry out the technical acceptance tests at the supplier's andclient'spremises, check the result documents and - if necessary - draw up declarations of conformity and CE certifications.

In addition to providing technical project support, we check compliance with the planned costs as part of cost tracking and are responsible for the entire change management process. We also offer instruction and training of your employees by our experts on the finished test bench.
