Our Competence Center Protection, Impact and High Risk Testing at IABG near Paderborn focuses on the safety of products under the highest loads. We start where others stop - not only in terms of system sizes and energy content, but also in testing beyond the load limits!

We carry out burst, drop, explosion and fire tests for you

According to current international standards but also according to customer-specific requirements

From burst tests on hydraulic cylinders or an MRT, to explosion tests on an inverter housing, to drop tests with masses of up to 65 t, with us you benefit from end-to-end support throughout the entire development process. Together, we will develop the right test setup for your application. We are also happy to realize special setups and test benches for you.

Our portfolio is rounded off by comprehensive pre- and post-processing activities as well as diagnostics during the test. In addition to high-speed diagnostics, we offer you comprehensive instrumentation with temperature and pressure sensors or strain gauges.

We will be happy to advise you on the planning and design of the tests and support you in improving the safety of your products.
